 Purchase Contract

The contract is under the jurisdiction of the state of Florida, in the county of Marion.  It is agreed the place of venue shall be Marion County, Ocala FL.

The State of Florida is very strick on their regulations on the sale of puppies. They must be 8 weeks old, have a vet health certificate stating the health condition of the puppy and be vaccinated with the first set of puppy shots. The State makes the vets accountable for their exam of the puppy, and the vet must send a copy of the  report to the State.

 Shipping Information

If you need to ship a dog, total shipping charges are the responsibility of the buyer.  Shipping cost must be prepaid to us before the dog ships.   

The cost of shipping a puppy is $250 to $350. This includes a crate,with bedding, water and food holder, transporting to and from a vet , plus office visit, for a special health certificate to fly, and transporting to the airport 80 miles away.
